Kraftaverkið í dag
Í dag tókst mér hið ómögulega, þ.e.a.s það sem hefur virst ómögulegt í um hálft ár: nefnilega að byrja á M.Paed ritgerðinni minni. Yesss!! Hallelúja!! Já!!! Það tók líka ekkert svo langan tíma. Ég á bara ekki til orð...
Jú, kannski aðeins fleiri. Jæja, ég á alla vega tvo aðdáendur: bróður minn og spúsu hans með fallega nafnið. Geðveikt gaman.
Jæja, í tilefni dagsins ætla ég að gefa ykkur brot af þeim vísdómi sem ég er að fylla ritgerðinni minni af (einu sinni kennari, alltaf kennari):
Schools are like airport hubs; student passengers arrive from different backgrounds for widely divergent destinations. Their particular takeoffs into adulthood will demand different flight plans (Levine, 2002, p.336).
Og hana nú!

Oh goodness! Congratulations to the most magnificent Ólöf on beginning your master essay, I mean only a master can even begin master essay, so this is so appropriate! WOW...schools are like airport hubs, and you know some students deserve first class, and others just coach....hmmmm...
We are playing monopolly and we lost...:( but that´s only because you weren´t here with us, I mean we can´t play without our good luck charm *wink*

If you think about it, you could use a picture of me and put it inside a locket that you could hang on a necklace.. but isn't that like idolatry or something..? :)
